Section 1

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and sikowd ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online platform accessible athttps://sikowd.lat ("the Platform" or "sikowd"). These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including casino-style games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, lottery products, arcade games and any related features.

Your continued use of the Platform following registration constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all documents incorporated by reference, including thePrivacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

sikowd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email or prominent on-Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Definitions

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless context otherwise requires:

• Platform The sikowd website at https://sikowd.lat and all associated services, tools, pages and content made available by the operator.
• Account A registered personal account created by an eligible User in order to access Platform services.
• User / Player Any natural person who has registered and holds an active Account on the Platform.
• Funds Real money deposited by a User into their sikowd Account wallet, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Funds Promotional credits, free spins or other incentive amounts credited to an Account subject to separate bonus terms including wagering requirements.
• Wagering Requirement A multiplier applied to Bonus Funds that must be satisfied through qualifying game activity before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• KYC Know Your Customer — a mandatory identity and document verification process applied to Accounts before withdrawal processing.
• Payment Method Any approved deposit or withdrawal channel, including FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).
• Prohibited User Any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Restricted Jurisdiction Any country, territory or region from which access to the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or by sikowd's internal compliance policies.

Section 3

Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire period of Account use:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or above. sikowd strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling activities are not prohibited under local or national law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You are not acting as an agent, employee, affiliate or representative of sikowd, nor are you a close family member of any sikowd employee where such a relationship may create a conflict of interest.
• You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only. Commercial exploitation, systematic gaming strategies or use of automated software to interact with the Platform is prohibited.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by sikowd for Terms violations.
• You have a valid, operational Malaysian or internationally issued email address and, where required for payment processing, a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name within Malaysia.

Section 4

Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to holdone Account only. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all linked Accounts and forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds. Real-money Funds held in duplicate Accounts may be returned to the depositing Payment Method subject to KYC clearance.

Registration requirements

• Users must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address.
• Users must choose a secure, unique password for their Account. sikowd strongly recommends a password of at least twelve characters containing a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.
• Users must not share their login credentials with any third party. sikowd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has disclosed their password.
• Users must notify sikowd immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification

sikowd applies KYC verification to all Accounts before processing the first withdrawal and at any later point where regulatory compliance or fraud prevention requires it. Requested documents typically include a government-issued photo identity card (MyKad for Malaysian residents), proof of address and confirmation of the Payment Method used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period specified in the verification request may have withdrawal functions suspended.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

sikowd supports a range of Payment Methods suited to Malaysian players, including FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed within the Platform's Cashier section and may be updated periodically.

• All deposits must be made from Payment Methods registered in the User's own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• sikowd does not accept cash deposits, money orders or any form of payment that cannot be traced to an identified source.
• Deposits are credited to the Account wallet in MYR. Where a deposit is made in another currency or via cryptocurrency, conversion is applied at the rate prevailing at the time of processing.
• sikowd reserves the right to reject any deposit at its absolute discretion, including where the source of funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of Available Funds (real-money balance net of any active Bonus Funds subject to wagering) subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to active Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit unless sikowd's compliance team explicitly approves an alternative.
• Indicative processing times are: e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire15–60 minutes. These are indicative estimates, not contractual guarantees, and may be exceeded during periods of high demand or additional verification.
• sikowd reserves the right to delay or withold any withdrawal pending a security, fraud or responsible gambling review. Where a review is initiated, the User will be notified of the reason and expected timeframe.
• Withdrawals of unusually large amounts may require additional verification and may be processed instalments at sikowd's discretion.

Section 6

Bonus & Promotions Policy

sikowd offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback programs, free spins and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer and are governed by the following general conditions:

• One welcome bonus offer per household, device, IP address and Payment Method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on duplicate Accounts will result in Account closure.
• Bonus Funds and any winings generated from them are subject to the applicable wagering requirement, which must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonuses not fulfilled within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Wagering requirements apply to both the bonus amount and, unless otherwise stated, any deposit associated with the offer. For example, a35× wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 3,500 in qualifying game activity before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each offer's terms.
• Maximum bet sizes while Bonus Funds remain active may be restricted. Bets exceeding applicable limits will render the bonus and associated winnings void.
• sikowd reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a change materially affects an active bonus, affected Users will be notified.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, assigned or exchanged for cash except through legitimate fulfilment of the stated wagering requirements.

Section 7

Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities, all of which are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with or exploit any part of the Platform, including games, bonus mechanics or account functions.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, multi-accounting or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over sikowd or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, vulnerabilities or payment processing anomalies. Any winings resulting from a known glitch are void and will be reversed.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or modify any portion of the Platform's software or security infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity. sikowd cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with sikowd's team.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or any other method designed to disguise the User's true location.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing sikowd staff, support agents or other Users through any Platform channel.

sikowd may take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited behaviour, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds and referal to law enforcement agencies.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, audio and audiovisual materials — is the property of sikowd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit Users to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written consent from sikowd.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted to sikowd by Users may be used by sikowd without restriction or compensation, subject to the obligations set out in thePrivacy Policy.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sikowd excludes all liability for:

• Any direct or indirect financial loss arising from participation in games or betting markets on the Platform, including losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes or sports results.
• Loss of winings or Account Funds caused by technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or payment processing delays that are outside sikowd's reasonable control.
• Consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, however caused.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a User's Account where that access resulted from the User sharing their login credentials or failing to maintain adequate account security.
• Decisions, actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, banks or e-wallet providers used in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms limits sikowd's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 10

Responsible Gambling

sikowd is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment and takes responsible gambling seriously. The following commitments and requirements apply to all Users:

• sikowd enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any person under this age who accesses the Platform does so in breach of these Terms, and sikowd will close their Account and report the matter where required by applicable law.
• Users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits within their Account settings. These controls are designed to support informed and bounded play.
• Self-exclusion options are available for Users who wish to temporarily or permanently restrict their own access. Requests should be directed to our support team, who will action them promptly.
• sikowd will not knowingly allow a self-excluded User to open a new Account for the duration of their exclusion period.
• Users who believe their gambling is causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to seek independent support. sikowd recommends contacting a qualified support service.

Section 11

Account Suspension & Closure

sikowd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms or any policy incorporated by reference herein.
• sikowd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct connected with the Account.
• A User is found to be a Prohibited User, including but not limited to being under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require sikowd to cease servicing the Account.
• The Account shows signs of problem gambling behaviour that sikowd's responsible gambling policies require it to address.

Upon closure for cause, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money Funds may be returned to the verified source Payment Method, less any amounts required to recover losses sustained by sikowd as a result of the User's conduct, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting sikowd's support team. Voluntary closure will be processed within a reasonable period, and any Available Funds will be returned to the verified Payment Method after completion of required checks.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

sikowd may revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation, Platform functionality or business operations. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, sikowd will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via the email address held on Account or through a prominent Platform notification.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date wherever practicable.

Section 13

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall, in the first instance, be referred to sikowd's customer support team for informal resolution. sikowd aims to acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 28 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms before commencing formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief where circumstances require it.

In all matters relating to these Terms, the English language version shall prevail over any translation.
